About Mike, our owner
Our owner, and general contractor, started out more than 25 years ago gutter cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, and installing draperies and blinds. He then started working on gutter repair and learning how to install siding and windows. He decided to start Custom Services to utilize his experience towards giving you quality work at a great price.
A Hands-On Contractor
We work hard to make you a happy customer and will go out of his way to do things for you. More like an inspector than just a contactor, Mike will take you around the building and show you the ins-and-outs of what is exactly going on with the construction. Taking a lot of pride in his work, he is always present on the job site to oversee each project and work with the crew. Additionally, Mike also answers all of the phone calls, one-on-one, so you never have to speak to an answering machine.

Our Gutter Services
Custom Services can clean and install gutters and gutter guards onto your home. All of our .032 gauge gutters are seamless and we have a variety of different colors available. We have onsite delivery for all of the supplies and gutters. We also have a drop off service available for any type of gutter, including galvanized, commercial, residential, half moon, copper, or K-style. You will never have to clean your gutters again with our gutter guards! They will keep all of the leaves and snow out, and they come with a 4-year warranty.
Our Siding Services
We have all types of seamless siding, in many different colors and insulations. Our vinyl siding can handle any temperature and comes with a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer a 5-year warranty on all of our installation services for the siding.
Our Window Services
Have Custom Services replace or reinstall all of your windows. We can cap, take down and dispose of all of your old materials before we reinstall the replacement window. We feature the 1,000 thru 6,000 series. They include all capping, aluminum replacement, installation, sales and services. Prices vary depending on which series you choose, but discounted prices are available. We can also install new construction windows.
